Refund Policy

All sales are final once gift baskets and items leave our facility and are shipped. If a gift basket or item has been returned to us for any reason, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be canceled and restocked without a refund. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. 

The reshipment fee is $12.00 plus the cost to repurchase perishable items. If you do not choose to repurchase the perishable items, we will reship the gift basket with only the hard goods. Perishable items not shipped will not be refunded.  Perishable items include all food and beverages.  Our policy is, we do not reship returned perishable items nor do we restock them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Orders With Incorrect Address Information

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified.  Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double-check your address is right.  Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information such h as; credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Backorders

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it!  Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we so much appreciate your patients! 

If the item is back-ordered longer than two weeks, a refund can be issued upon request to contactus@shanelsdivinetouchbaskets.com or 254-300-7804.

Deposits

Deposits or full payment will be needed when placing an order. There are no refunds for deposits.


Refunds

We will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund prior to processing your order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days. If you purchased a product at full price, and the price is reduced within 7 days of your original date of purchase, we will honor a request for adjustment.
