Why is my tracking number not updating online?

There are several reasons your tracking number may not promptly be updated:  The scanner used to scan the barcodes may be malfunctioning, or the process of scanning package barcodes may be interrupted or delayed.  Also, the barcode on your package may be damaged.  Inclement weather conditions can also cause delays.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shanel's Divine Touch Baskets appreciates every customer and client.  To fit the needs and wants of our customer and clients we custom make all items we sell.  Please allow 1 business day processing time for regular orders.  Large orders of multiple gift baskets or items are subject to additional fulfillment time, up to 3-4 business days.  We pride ourselves on providing the best shipping options for all your gifting needs.  We utilize the Mail Box Store and reliable courier services such as USPS and FedEx.  We currently only ship to addresses within the United States from our website.

Do you ship outside of the United States of America?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States currently. But we are working on sharing our gifts around the world.
